In Spidak, Armenis, a little village, I met a mother, 127 years of age. She held a leaf of fresh comfrey in one hand and in the other, a dried leaf wrapped around some garlic. She used the dried comfrey and garlic in winter to make a broth for her family. She said it kept them from colds, and her husband on the job. I wouldn’t call her an ark builder in her survival planning, yet she was planning for those critical days that faced her family. The foods of Bible days, inspired by a Divine creator, were her foods for today, and she will survive this day and the next. This I believe, and this is what Survive The Day, Book Three of our Magic Survival Kit, is all about.
